Acclaimed for his Mozart interpretations, David Reiland reached the press and audiences since his Mitridate in 2014 in Paris, proposing Mozart for his debuts at the Munich Symphony Orchestra and the Amsterdam Concertgebouw orchestras as well as the Paris Chamber Orchestra and the Konzerthausorchester Berlin. His debuts at Berlin Komische Oper in 2021 will be with Mozarts’ Zauberflöte. Today David Reiland is a regular in his home country, returning yearly to Orchestre National de Belgique or the Liège Royal Philharmonic or the Flandres Symphonic orchestra. 

In 2018 Reiland is appointed musical director of the Orchestre National de Metz and of the Sinfonietta Lausanne. In 2020 the Düsseldorf Tonhalle gave him the title of Schumann Gast, a position held by Mario Venzago beforehand during 13 years. In 2021 the Korean National Symphony Orchestra appointed David Artistic and Musical Director.

A CD of Godard’s symphonic music was released with the Munich Radio Orchestra and Auber’s La Sirène is available at Naxos. With his Orchestre National de Metz a Brahms Cycle is in progress as well as an album of French lady composers from the 19th century.
